A running totals counter can be seen with the "show totals" key
A resettable totals counter, which can be cleared at any time with the use of the "clear totals" key. This counter is used for auditing the attendant (example: if the resettable total is cleared at the beginning of a shift, this total will show the amount of money collected during that shift)
